Areas I support

Neurodiversity-affirming therapy in Chicago

For adults with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or late-identified neurodivergence. Therapy adapted to how your brain actually works, not retrofitted from neurotypical assumptions.

Who this is for

Maybe you were identified as a kid, or maybe you only recently realized why so much has felt harder than it looks for other people. Maybe you've been in therapy before and spent it being taught to mask better. You might be here because of burnout, relationships, work, or simply wanting to understand yourself without a deficit lens.

What's different here

  • We figure out how you process, communicate, and regulate, then shape sessions around that.
  • Sensory needs are welcome: lighting, fidgets, cameras off, movement, breaks.
  • Written recaps or structured agendas if they help things stick.
  • Goals are yours. Reducing distress matters; becoming less visibly neurodivergent isn't the aim.

Common focus areas

Burnout and recovery, unmasking, late identification and grief, executive function, rejection sensitivity, shame, and relationships where partners are wired differently.
